RHEL4 Update 1 and Voicetronix Openswitch6 pdb card.

I'm currently working on setting up a pabx with RHEL4u1 and an Openswitch6 card from voicetronix. So far this project is not getting past the inital boot from install ( i will post diag in a sec). What really strange is that this doesn't happen in RHEL3 or FC3. I can only think that RHEL4u1 is becomming too Intuitive and is trying to asign a driver to the card that doesn't exist in RHEL4u1. Anyway enough of my rambling, here is the terminal grab with the kernel panic.
